Sunshine Clicks has a new owner. Rhonda, a great admin. who also runs the GPT site Penguin Party Cash has just taken over at Sunshine Clicks. She has already added some new PTC contests, a referral contest and a trivia section.
Neobux will soon be adding Paypal as one of their cashout options.
FoxCash was recently hacked and was down for a few days. The site is back up but many members (including myself) have lost referrals and earnings that were accumulated over the last 3-4 weeks or so before the site was hacked. Needless to say, I'm not too happy about that one!

I agree with you about foxcash. I lost 10 refs, and over $10 in earnings. I have many PTC sites on my blog, perhaps you woudl like to check them out!
