I don't know if its a new trend or just my bad luck, but lately it seems like every time I have been just a few cents away from cashing out on a PTC site I find out that the site has raised their minimum payout. I think it has happened at least 3 or 4 times just in the past 2 weeks. I know that eventually I will reach the new cashout amount. I'm just hoping that when I do they won't surprise me and raise them again!!

I think that the PTC site that you are joining is a scam site...
That's possible, but 2 of them are sites that have been around for awhile and are still paying their members so I don't think so.
Hi, I've never been "lucky" with PTC. I'm only getting pennies from them.
